About Sarah
I've been helping people buy and sell homes with Old Colony Realtors for 21 years, but my connection to Morgantown goes back much further - I grew up here, and this community has always been home.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of watching Morgantown grow and change while raising my family and building a life and business here. I'm also a proud owner of a local Italian gelato business and cafe, Tutto Gelato and co-owner of Rising Creek Tutto Gelato. This has given me an even deeper connection to the people, neighborhoods, and small business community that make Morgantown such a special place.
For me, real estate has never been just about houses. It's about people, relationships, and the stories that unfold in the places we call home. After 21 years in the business, some of my clients have become lifelong friends, and there's nothing I enjoy more than helping someone find the place where their next chapter begins.
